Server and access data

The website is hosted on a server in Vienna, Austria. Each time the site is accessed, the server automatically stores technical access data:

IP address
date and time of access
page accessed
browser and operating system
previously visited page (referrer)

This data is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and is deleted automatically after a short time.

Delivery via Cloudflare

To make the website fast and secure worldwide, it is delivered through the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Requests pass through Cloudflare servers, which may also be located outside the EU, in particular in the United States. For this purpose, Cloudflare processes technical access data, above all your IP address. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. We use Cloudflare based on our legitimate interest in a fast, stable and protected website.

Protection against attacks

To protect against attacks and spam, security software on the server checks access to the website, including the IP address.

Fonts

The fonts of this website are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit the site.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Only technically necessary cookies are set, for example to remember the language you have chosen.

Contact form and email

If you write to us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, message and optional information such as position or country) solely to answer your enquiry. The details are sent to us by email and deleted as soon as they are no longer needed. To protect against spam, we do not use Google reCAPTCHA but an invisible check field.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the website is used, we compile anonymous visitor statistics with the software Matomo. Matomo runs on our own server, sets no cookies and stores IP addresses only in shortened form, so no conclusions about individual persons are possible. The data is not passed on to third parties. If you enable “Do Not Track” in your browser, you will not be recorded.

YouTube video

A YouTube video is embedded on the home page. It is only loaded when you click on it. Only then is a connection to YouTube (Google) established, and YouTube receives, among other things, your IP address. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode for this.

Booking a call

For appointments we link to the service Calendly. Calendly only opens in a new window when you click the link. Calendly’s privacy policy applies to the data you enter there.

Links to social networks

Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify and YouTube are simple links. No data is transferred to these networks when you visit this website, as long as you do not click the links.

Your rights

You can request information about your stored data at any time, as well as its correction or deletion. You can also object to the processing. An email to info@simonekehlerfunk.com is sufficient.
